Revenue Recovery has responsibility for:

• Workers’ compensation compliance oversight,
• Collection from the employer of all monies due to the Old Fund,
• Collection from the employer of fines imposed on employers when workers’ compensation coverage has been cancelled, and
• Collection from the employer when monies are due the Uninsured Employer’s Fund for workers’ compensation claim the state may pay on behalf of an uninsured employer.
