Important Message About Informational Letters

Until 2020 Informational Letters were issued to convey general information to consumers, insurers, stakeholders or the general public.  For example, Informational Letters may be issued to provide legislative updates, consumer alerts, disaster preparedness or insurance related educational information. The Informational Letters on this page are maintained for historical record. The Offices of the Insurance Commissioner has transitioned from Informational Letters to Insurance Bulletins which are located here.
