Professional Bail Bondsmen Reporting Form

A licensed professional bondsman must report each of his or her outstanding, active bonds by the first business day of month after each calendar quarter.  If the due date falls on a national or WV state holiday, the report is due on the following business day.  Bonds that have been released do not need to be reported.  Bonds that remain outstanding from quarter to quarter should appear in multiple reporting periods.  The initial report is due October 3, 2022.  You may enter the bond information at any time during the reporting period.  After clicking on the "Submit" button, you will receive an email confirmation for the bond submitted.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at OICbailbondsmen@wv.gov.
