How much does it cost to protest? |
| Answer: |
There is no direct charge for filing a protest. However, in order to win the protest, you will have to submit new evidence not already considered by the Workers' Compensation Commission. There might be a charge, or expense, for obtaining that new evidence, particularly if you need a doctor to prepare a report. |
