A protest is pending before you. By subsequent ruling of the claim administrator, the issue has been resolved. Do I need to do anything further with your Office? |

Yes, notify us of the new order. We do NOT know about later rulings by the claim administrator and we will continue to process the protest. If you have a case pending before the Office of Judges and the issue is resolved in some other way, please notify us of the resolution |
