| Question: |
What can I do if I disagree with the Decision of Administrative Law Judge? |
| Answer: |
You may appeal the decision to the Workers’Compensation Board of Review. Generally, your appeal must be filed within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the Decision of Administrative Law Judge. The last page of all appealable decisions contains an explanation of the process in a section entitled Appeal Rights. |
