How can I find out more about Workers’ Compensation laws? |

Do not contact the Office of Judges, as it is improper for this Office to dispense legal advice. Workers’ Compensation law is set forth in Chapter 23 of the West Virginia Code, which is available in most libraries. In addition, Title 85 and Title 93 of the Code of State Rules set forth extensive workers’ compensation regulations. |
