If you do have questions about a workers’ compensation claim in which a protest has been filed, you may contact the Office of Judges at 304/558-1686. However, the Office of Judges cannot answer questions regarding the time and method of benefit payments (contact your claim administrator for that information). You should also contact your attorney’s office, if applicable. |
