| Question: |
May an employer attend hearings in employees’ claims? |
| Answer: |
Yes. Employers may attend hearings and give testimony. However the Procedural Rules require corporate employers to have legal representation in order to participate in the development of evidence (questioning the claimant and other witnesses, for example). |
