Am I entitled to a hearing before the Office of Judges? |

Yes. A hearing will be scheduled in your claim if you request a hearing in writing (in a letter separate from your protest letter) during the time allowed by our Procedural Rule. Also, for some types of issues we automatically schedule a hearing whether you ask for one or not. Those issues are identified in our Procedural Rule. |
