The Executive Division is consists mainly of Jane L. Cline, the Insurance Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner Bill Kenny, and several key support staff members.  It is the goal of the entire agency to provide an environment that leads to an affordable and available insurance market by administering and enforcing the Insurance Code of the State of West Virginia.

Our office is located in the Greenbrooke building which is located at 1124 Smith Street in Charleston, WV.  The office of the Executive is located in room 413.  Our office hours are from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.  If you will be visiting our office, remember that parking is available in the rear of the building.
